Meet Dilan Gomih

Dilan Gomih is a keynote speaker, well-being expert, and founder of Dilagence, a company dedicated to employee engagement and workplace well-being. A Harvard MBA with a career spanning Wall Street, world-class fitness brands, and entrepreneurship, she combines rigor, insight, and energy to help audiences thrive in high-pressure environments.

Dilan discovered a passion for fitness that transformed her life while working on the Foreign Exchange trading floor - a shift that ultimately inspired her to build Dilagence. Today, the company partners with organizations including Google, Pinterest, Thrive Market, the New Jersey Court System,and more to deliver strategies and programs that support employee engagement and workplace well-being.

Her perspective has been featured in Forbes, WWD, The Wall Street Journal, Oprah Daily, The New York Times, Business of Fashion, Business Insider, Shape Magazine, Women’s Health, PureWow, PIX11 New York News, and more. Following her experience in finance, she also led strategic initiatives at Barry’s and CrossFit before founding Dilagence.

Outside the office, Dilan brings the same passion for performance to movement. She is the creator of “The 60 Second Workout,” a competitor on American Ninja Warrior, and has achieved a 48-inch box jump—a reminder that joy, energy, and excellence go hand in hand.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Yale University. She is a guest lecturer at Harvard Business School, a Forbes Women contributor, and serves as a strategic advisor to the Tuck Initiative on Workplace Inclusion at Dartmouth. She is also a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, specializing in Women’s Fitness and Behavior Change.
